Please apply with your Director Human Resources or General Manager for the participation at the Young Hotelier Award 2012 as only they can announce you! Fill out the 2012YHA_application.pdf and hand it in along with a motivation letter.
The following topics have been selected by the GMC and are up for discussion:

1.) Hotel Restaurant - creating interesting and relevant F&B outlets in city hotels.
One of today's main challenges in the hospitality industry is creating, establishing and maintaining new F&B concepts. How can both local clientele and in-house guests be attracted to Hotel F&B outlets and what does it take to reach success?

2.) What are THE key factors for young workers in order to give the hotel industry a "preferred employer" status?
Provide an in-depth analysis and best practice examples.
